PRIVACY POLICY

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Service is provided free of charge and is in the testing (Beta version) stage. The Service is provided "as is" solely for the purposes of familiarization, functionality testing, and performance evaluation.

1.2. Use of the Service and provision of personal data by the User is entirely voluntary.

2. What Data Is Collected and the Purposes of Processing

The Service collects a strictly minimal amount of data to ensure basic functionality:

  • Email address: Used solely to create an account (registration/authorization), identify the User in the test system, and send technical notifications related to the operation of the Service.
  • Domain names (website addresses): Used technically for binding and generating QA scripts. Domain names themselves are not personal data but are processed in connection with the account.

3. Use of Cookies

3.1. This Site does not use external third-party web analytics scripts. 3.2. To ensure the functionality of the interface, the Site uses technical (functional) cookies:

  • Session cookies: To maintain the authorized state of the user within the current session. Deleted when the browser is closed.
  • Persistent cookies (the "Remember me" feature): Used solely at the User's will to preserve authorization on subsequent visits.

4. Terms of Use of the Script and Strict Prohibition (QA Restriction)

4.1. The script (bug report widget) provided by the Service is developed and intended solely for QA testing (debugging) purposes in isolated test environments (Staging, Localhost, Dev servers).

4.2. It is strictly prohibited to install the Script on publicly accessible internet resources that are in production use (Production), or to use it to interact with real end users (website visitors).

4.3. The technical parameters transmitted by the Script at the moment of sending a bug report (IP address, User-Agent, screen resolution, HTML code/screenshot of the page, etc.) must belong exclusively to the User themselves (the account owner) or their authorized QA engineers/testers who have given explicit consent to this.

4.4. The Service performs exclusively transit routing of bug report data to the external system integrated by the User (Trello, Jira, etc.) via secure communication channels in real time. The Service does not store, accumulate, or systematize data from bug reports on its servers.

4.5. In the event the User violates clause 4.2 of this Policy and unauthorizedly collects data of real visitors through the Script, the full extent of legal responsibility (including obtaining consents, complying with cross-border data transfer requirements, and the risks of data leaks) rests solely with such User as an independent Operator.

5. Rights of Personal Data Subjects

The User has the right to:

  • Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data (by deleting the account).
  • Receive information about the processing of their personal data.
  • Request changes to / termination of the processing of their data.

For all matters related to the processing of personal data, withdrawal of consent, or account deletion, the User may contact us here.
